My dwarf citrus tress not growing

Hi all, just hoping to get some help with my dwarf citrus trees. Soon it will be 2 years since I planted the 2 trees however their growth has been very small if not any. I cant recall the type of soil I planted them in however I did add some good potting mix. I do have another lemon tree next to it that's doing good and producing enough fruit at the moment. Just not sure why these dwarf trees are not growing the way it should, any help would be great.

Planted in ground or in pots? Watering schedule? Grass under drip line? How often do you feed? What rootstock or who did it come from?

Planted in ground, only water once a week during warmer months, no grass under, flying dragon root stock, only started to feed them about 3 months ago.

Not an expert on Flying Dragon RS but from what I've heard trees grafted to it grow very slowly, which is how they become dwarfed.

Can't tell if once a week watering is enough or not because we don't know where you live. Because of weather type and soil type.
