Hi there

I have a few issues with my lemon tree and I hope someone can give me some advice.

The leaves have gone noticably yellow on parts of the tree. Also quite a few are curling inward or misshapen. A few have recently developed a discoloured spotting pattern.

there are some reasonable sized fruits growing but still unripe. The tree has recently developed more flowers. It also grew some new leaves recently.

I use citrus focus fertiliser roughly once or twice a month. My suspicion is I may need to repot as haven't done so yet. If so could someone explain the process (in very simple terms please, I'm a beginner:) )
