Yes, they are butt master lead carriers. The rod is a Kirsch Estate rod, designer metals. This is right before they came out with the ball bearing carriers for this rod.

Thanks so much for the info! Fixing to use butt master system for the first time with a client and he is concerned about the leading edge wrap back only being 1 1/2 inch. Afraid you will see lining. Will show him this picture:) This is an awesome space!

I prefer the butt master to the overlap for that very reason. It gives the treatment the flow of a grommet drape, but with more functionality.
