I noticed the one pic has a Better Homes and Gardens logo on it. If you know roughly when it appeared in the magazine, I am a subscriber so I think I can look it up and find out about the rug in the article credits.

It looks like a dhurrie rug to me so google and FYI rugs in kitchens are tripping hazards

The room, designed by Celerie Kemble, was showcased in Lonny back in Nov 2011. Not sure you'd still be able to find the rugs from 5 years ago.

I guess you can try to look for that in rug galleries. I do not know what style it is. But I suppose it can be a modern one. But I know modern style also includes abstract, designers, Morrocan, Swedish, etc. There are lots of modern rugs in the DorisLeslieBlau gallery. It is a place in New York City. They also have a website. I used it to order my vintage rug. By the way, I've checked it now. There are several rugs on sale now. Three of them look similar to those from your pictures. Maybe they will suit you. I hope, you will read my post and check it quickly because the prices are very nice.
