The problem that stands out for me is that your TV an console is larger than the wall. Can you swap the couch and TV? Do you need end tables? Can you function with just the coffee table? Consider adding either recessed lights in your ceiling or a chandelier for lighting. Meanwhile, I agree that your bar area would look better with nothing or minimal things on it. Replace that lamp with mini pendants. Is that a sconce on the wall to the side of the bar? If so, maybe get a bigger one instead of pendants. Also, having those 3 pictures lined up the way they are is a bit too many, Consider one mirror and one picture. Your hubby looks content with things as they are, lol. Good luck.

I probably didn't make myself clear. Our new townhouse is a blank space with no furniture or wall decorations. The furniture that you see is from the previous owners.The only thing that remains is the wet bar which I intend to get rid of. I need help in how to make use of that space after taking out the wet bar. I am buying all new furnishings so I am open as to where the sofa and tv can be placed.
