Hello sfoody53 -

It is wallpaper and its from Kravet.com. I don't recall the SKU/style, but this has a fish scale like finish. Kravet rotates selections often so this may not be available now. Originally I had picked a gold glass bead print and when it came time to order it was no longer available. FYI...Osborne and Little is another store I've used for unique wallpaper.
