I like the first, with the flecks ... not a great fan of the faux marble quartz effect.

Q w flecks for sure for beach house. Be sure to bring in lots of warm sandy tones w sisal, natural rope, etc to warm up the grey day at the beach palette you have going so far. Good luck!

Also make sure you look at the grey cabinet in the vertical position as you would in real conditions. It's reading a tad cool (blue) grey and you may want to warm it up and use something closer to SW Amazing grey which brings in a slightly warmer tone.

Thanks again got your suggestions. What do you think if I went with a more "brown" colored driftwood tile? Photo of the 2 tiles I'm considering are attached. I don't know if the cabinets (you're correct, they are s cooler grey tone) and brown floor would look too much in contrast. If I used the lighter tile, I would definitely warm up the rest of the condo (area rugs, accent pieces)

I would stick with the gray floor and the quartz countertop. I think it will look gorgeous!

I'm doing something similar in our small kitchen in the desert. I prefer the "marble" look. I think it is a classic style that you won't get tired of looking at.

I like the second quartz best.
