My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I just bought chairs identical to these from world market. I think they were $260 for the pair. They look great and are extremely comfortable!

    I am curious about the window, is it a window trimmed in black. I am renovating and the kitchen will be extremely similar. I am putting in a large 67" window and am contemplating doing a black trimmed window as a contrast. All other windows are white however they are covered by white shutters. I wont be putting shutters on the kitchen window. Your perspective would be valued :)
