My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Closing today on a cash sale, what docs should we get?

The title pretty much says it all. We saw a cabin on Saturday, closing this afternoon. Cash purchase, all monies have been wire transferred to the Title Co, where Closing will take place. What documents would we be receiving at closing? FLorida.
