Will chrome hold up,as well out side as others like bronze?

Just need advice on what kind of shower head I need for an outdoor shower? Such as the mental?

Chrome does hold up well outdoors (remember it's used on cars). Just make sure it's a good-quality fixture. A salesperson at a plumbing distributor should be able to give advice on which of their fixtures would do well outdoors.
