Pick a stain close to it. Or two colors and try out on a testpiece or the back of a door. A layer of teak and a layer of deep oak might do?

They will yellow with age and in a few years they will blend in. You can go with a clear product.

If these are new doors over an existing frame, the issue is that the varnish/poly has yellowed. Over time varnish can yellow. It will be difficult to duplicate this. When staining pine you need to condition the wood so it takes the stain evenly. You can try a tinted shellac- lemon or orange. Practice first though. What about painting and doing an antique finish over the paint? The groves of the bead board would grab the stain and look really nice.
