Anyone have delta in2ition shower head? Water only from hand shower

I have a new one, and only the handheld shower works. The actual shower part, attached to the wall, does nothing. Any thoughts on what might be wrong? Hoping I am just missing something, as I don't want to drive all the way back to the plumbing supply where I bought it (an hour away).

Flip the lever on the side of the shower head, not the lever on the handheld part. The lever on side of shower head will have positions for handheld only, both, and shower (outer part) only. There should be 2 clicks either way.
