Light glass tile with darker grout-halo effect?

All, I am still working on picking out my tile for my backsplash. I think I am going to go with the 3"x12" lighter "Sand" color. It is pretty light, lighter than I would ever imagine myself putting in. But I think it would be best since I am planning to paint my walls a darker greige color.

The tile is so light that I thought I would use a medium greige color grout, such as Custom Building Products "Oyster Gray".

I have googled trying to find pictures of light glass tile and a darker grout. Pretty much everyone still puts a white/light grout with the tiles. I finally came across one photo which worries me. It is of the "Sand" glass tile with an unknown darker color grout. It appears to create some sort of halo effect with the tile (see below). Has anyone experienced this first hand? Will a medium greige grout like Oyster Gray cause a halo effect with the light colored glass tile???
