My vote would be for the darker one.

Based on your dark grey pergola, I would choose the light grey tile. The lighter tile has a hint of warmth in it so it will also complement your brick.

I like the darker brown tile. The warm color goes better with your house, and it still has enough variation to match your pergola. It also will look more like wood from a distance, rather than the lighter one which is almost a concrete color.

The gray looks soooo faux....

Light for the dark pergola but dark for your brick. I think the dark would be better. The dark pergola doesn't clash with the dark tile either. It actually may lend to a cosier feeling more homey space.

We are looking for something that will look good today, but also stay good looking for years to come. We don't want to get tired of spending time in this patio.
