There must be opinions out there!?!?

I just ordered two Jensen (aka Broan Nutone) in stainless steel. They have cabinets at every level, from builder grade to pretty high end. We wanted welded box construction rather than drawn with the rounded corners, and something more corrosion resistant than the steel ones that only seen to last a few years.

I second the Kohler Verdera suggestion. I may be getting my medicine custom made, depending on what's going on behind the walls once they break down the old bathroom, but is a Verdera will work that's what I'll get.

We went with a framed one from Bertch but I looked at the Kohler Verdera and thought they looked very nice. I would have gone with that if we didn't need a wood framed surface mounted one. They do have a frame option for the Kohler but that only works if you can have the cabinet recess mounted. You could also look at Century, Afina, or Sofia.

I'm a fan of Kohler. Installed one in the kids bath over 13 years ago and it works and looks the same as when installed. Its a decorative framed one with no name but number: K-CB-CLW2026SS. Two Verdera are being installed today in our master bath (so, no report back about them yet, but they certainly come VERY well packaged fwiw - the boxes and styrofoam are about twice the size of the med. cabinet).

I have a recessed Kohler that is very nice. It wasn't all that expensive, but I don't know what model it is.

Another Kohler person here ... also don't know the model. Can't live without a medicine cabinet!

@amanda99999 @pamghatten - are you still happy with your kohler verdera? i have seen some posts about desilvering. have you experienced that? my other choice is more expensive "sofia" brand recessed cabinet

@User how did the vedera medicine cabinet turn out for you? any desilvering issues?
