Plumbing mix up

Full bathroom renovation. Detailed discussion with plumber about using Delta fixtures, getting the correct valve, etc. Bathroom done and putting trim on - tub overflow 2 screw cap is incompatible. They installed a Watco Innovator tub waste that only supports Watco snap on overflow plates - some narrow market option in a pool of screw on plates. Delta doesn't have a match. Has anyone run into this? Or happen to try to mix Watco Brushed Bronze with Delta Champagne Bronze?

You potentially could glue the desired color overflow into the snap on. Depends on the profiling. Of each. Or, the drain assembly could potentially be drilled to accept a conventional screw on. You need someone to think outside the box, and possibly someone who is familiar liar with working with metal, if the drain is brass and not PVC.
