My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the balcony. We are doing a landscape renovation and would like to do something similar for the driveway with a drive under balcony. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you so much!

    Sorry that's probably the best and only picture I have of that job since it was done about 14 years ago. I believe the correct term is port cochere. It is supported by 8 columns. It is not accessible from inside the house unless you want to crawl out a window. Great for guests or yourselves getting in and out of the car without getting wet.

    Thank you! We have a balcony that we can access via double glass doors but would like to extend it or turn it into a port cochere. Does it start out narrow and then it widens? it appears so in this picture.
