I have been trying to copy/paste ANY picture at this point- from camera, files or gallery... I am unable to 'copy' with a checkmark in the box. There used to be 'copy, paste, select' along the top when I long pressed or checked a picture. Now...m nothing. Zip. Nada...... I called Metropcs AND Samsung. Have been on the phone for about three hours. What is possibly going on? Samsung says that the company may have removed the ability to copy/paste, but I can't imagine... I WAS able to send a picture to myself via text messege earlier today with much, much difficulty but nothing since. I have been trying to post a picture of a metal object in 'metalworking' but now cannot. I can only forward a messege with photo in it. Does anyone know what the #!@**! Is going on??? Thx
