Wintersow seed cards/paper?

I work off and on seasonally at a garden supply and gift center... A few weeks ago while cleaning up some seed stuff, the boss came across a huge stack of seed cards. You know, greeting cards where the paper is seed paper. They are labeled packed for 2011, best if planted through 2014. She let me take a bunch of them home for free, I figured I'd give them a try and see what happens.
Since I don't currently have any wintersowing plans yet for this year, I was wondering if these seed papers could be suitable for trying out? There's a few combinations of seeds...

Hummingbird mix: Purple coneflower, dwarf cornflower, plains and lance-leaved coreopsis, california poppy, rocket larkspur, siberian wallflower, candytuft, scarlet sage, black eyed susan, prarie coneflower. dwarf red cornflower, lemon mint, perennial lupine, blue flax, gayfeather, gaillardia, and dwarf godetia.

Romantic blend: hollyhock, tall evening primrose, wild blue iris, sweet william pinks, double flowered babys breath, sweet alyssum, goldfields, forget me nots, scarlet flax, baby blue eyes.

Wildflower mix: blue and eastern columbine, butterfly milkweed, new england aster, lance leaved coreopsis, purple coneflower, perrennial giallardia, blue eyed grass, thickspike, gayfeather, blue flax, black eyed susan, perennial lupine, dwarf evening primrose, rocky mountain penstemon, mexican hat, prairie coneflower, gray headed coneflower

Fragrant wildflower blend: lemon mint, sweet william pinks, cottage pinks, plains coreopsis, johnny jump up, siberian wallflower, annual candytuft, sweet alyssum, calendula, birds eyes

Any advice would be helpful :)
