My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This iron/bronze rail is custom made (majority onsite) to fit the curve and descend. It may not look it on picture, but this was a particularly difficult installation. We had 6 men working on the installation alone for 2 days.
