Finally 'doing' the den. Finally learned how to make floor plans. Want den to be comfy casual place to watch tv and me to have a small desk. Have tons of heavy books to store (really need two bookcases - but husband said he would pair it down to one). I moved the sectional into there (was another post which people thought was fine - will post that pic again too). The sectional floor plan is the best I can do to get the angles - it is 3 piece with a cuddler on one end and a small chaise on the other). Think it will be too crowded if I put a desk in there? OR I can move the sectional back into the great room and just do the other floor plan. Do you think the rug is too small? (The armoire on the guide is really a media cabinet.) Upfront thanks to all. I am so bad at this!
