Don't all the companies make this style now? I like to go with companies that have great customer service, so I read reviews. Keep in mind that price isn't always an indication of quality. My own faucet is a Brizo, which is owned by Delta. I had a failed cartridge and they sent a new one within two days without question.

I don't have personal experience with these types of faucets, as most of my clients don't like them and I find they take up too much vertical space. Caution: many of my plumbing fixture suppliers have stopped carrying Grohe faucets because they are now being manufactured in China. They were getting too many complaints on reliability and bad parts.

An alternative to the commercial style are the new articulated pull-down styles from Brizo like this: https://www.brizo.com/kitchen/product/63221LF-PC

They serve a similar purpose and don't take up as much room. Plus, I think they look really cool.

I love this style of faucet! It is so functional and attractive in a culinary artists' kitchen...

This is a high use item. I would purchase Delta, Kohler, Chicago Brass or another quality American brand. You should then receive a long service life with parts close by and cheap.

I am sure you know this type of faucet is used in commercial kitchens when you are rinsing dishes. Many manufacturers make them. If you are insistent on having this be sure to have an additional sink with a conventional faucet also. You will see in time this faucet has limitations no matter how cool you think it is.

I have seen no "limitations" with the style, it's incredibly convenient!! You don''t need to spend the bloody fortunes to get a great look or great long term function. Just stay out of the big box, and get one through a reputable plumbing supply and skip the "plastic hose" heavens : ) of the masses
