Back for more advice

I was set to begin ordering roses for the Parisian tree guards I was generously given last year. I'm hoping for cane hardy, gracefully cascading, disease resistant... I believe this means looking for multiflora stock and sources in the north. I checked Palatine, and see that they're already sold out of almost everything?! Northland Rosarium is in the northwest.. Where else should I be looking and even better, any specific suggestions for what I should be looking for? One more question - I have not installed the guards yet because I assumed I should plant the rose in the center. But now I'm wondering if it wouldn't actually be better to plant it outside? Thanks as always for your experience.
