The 2 tall pantry heights, 80" and 90", don't include the standard 4" toekick. So the 80" box on 4" feet will align with the wall cabinets.

My ceilings are 92".

I put in a 90" cab that is not on the rail. It is attached to the wall though with the other option shown in the directions. It is sitting on pieces of 2x4 slide under it.

And tipping that puppy up and getting it in place was chaotic.

I still have to figure out how it'll get trimmed out on the bottom. But I needed the 10" of storage. :)

I have it on one side of my fridge with a 36x20 cab over that, and a 30" beside that. We hung all of them to about a 1/2" from the ceiling, so the 30" has extra counter to cab base clearance. I have a tall coffee maker sitting there. The counter is also a 2" butcher block.

Sorry. I hit submit too fast. Similarly, the typical finish height of the 90" tall cabinet would be 94".

There is an IKEA catalog that list all of the parts. That's more complete or at least easier for me to flip through.

Keep in mind that the upper cabinets and the tall cabinets should be installed using the same wall hanging rail. (Not the technical term.;)) This will help ensure the finish height is the same. I think of you download the installation document for the cabinets you can see photos of this process.
