Need help with Kraus Ramus Bathroom Vessel Faucet

I just bought the faucet 2 months ago, and it is not flowing like the other faucet. They are both the same, brand new 2 months old, I replaced the master bath vanity with vessel sinks and kraus ramus bronze faucets. Can you tell me how to get the water to flow?

Have you cleaned the aerator out? Sounds like there might have been debris in the lines on install.

I would suggest contacting Kraus customer support (or the company you purchased it from). The faucet is still under warranty and if there is an issue, you want to make sure they are aware of it right away, so you are not responsible for it down the line.
