Drip heads at different heights and distance from the irrigation pipe

I am in process of setting up a small irrigation system for myself. The only issue is that plants are different with different water requirements. If that was not enough then some are in ground and some are in pots. And some of the pots are in pot stand as well!!

My plan is to run the irrigation pipe at a height of a meter along the fence. I got clamps for that which I can nail on the fence and make the pipe go through it. Then I will punch holes into the pipe where needed and fix 4 mm flexible tube. The other end of the tube will be fixed to the adjustable drip head mounted on a spike.

Will it be an issue if the drip heads are at different distance and height? None of the drip head will be above the height of the irrigation tube though.

I did purchase a pressure reducer and a filter combo to fix to the garden tap.
