Add appliance garage to existing kitchen?

Has anyone ever added an appliance garage to an existing kitchen cabinet layout? Do you have any before and after pictures? I have a pretty typical upper/lower cabinet layout that I'm not changing, but I would love to add an appliance garage. Any ideas for me?

I should add that I would actually rather just add regular cabinet doors, but using the "garage" terminology because I know that's popular.

Is this in a corner? Is it next to a tall cabinet?

Will it be in any of the three primary work zones (Prep, Cooking, Cleanup)?

Will it be b/w the Prep & Cooking Zones?

Could we please see your Kitchen and the space you want to convert to an Appliance Garage? (We need the Kitchen to see how it would impact workflow.)

I think this would be challenging, because of the depth of the upper cabinets. Our cabinet that has an appliance garage is deeper than standard depth. How deep are your upper cabinets?
