Bedroom - I'd leave the paint. Remove most everything. Turn bedspread over to a solid if possible.

Remove large mirror. I doubt a good idea, but if you removed the dresser too, would the bench under window invite people over to see the outdoors? [and moving nightstand to where plant is].

Take the bench and the fake plant away. Put away the jewelry in a safe.

I think the room looks very put together, but if you have money to burn, you can add a lamp to the dresser.

You've used the term "staging." Most Houzzers will assume you are putting the home on the market when you use that term. Is that what you are doing, or do you mean you need help arranging and decorating your room for yourself?

Everything is good except the bench at the foot of the bed. Not necessary.

The first thing I would do is paint, that color is not soothing at all,the pale green from the bedding would be nice and maybe a couple of pillows with the coral in them .I would remove the mirror add a piece of art and you are done

While it is a fun, tropical color, leaning into Tommy Bahama style, it isn't typical for the realty market. If you hear complaints about color from your realtor as they take prospects through, then neutralize it. If you live in a tropical area people may love it. I would simplify what's here. You only have to hint at a room's purpose for selling. I'd remove the plant and the bench. Then change the bedding to something solid. If you're not living in the home now, eliminate the heavy, space hogging dresser too. Subject matter of the art might need changing but we don't know. I do think it is hung too high. Should be centered 60" above the floor.

I agree with painting the room to something more soothing. I would remove the plant, and there is likely another place you can use it, but it adds too much weight to one side of the room. I would also use a neutral spread and remove the bench. Put away your jewelry and add a short lamp to the dresser, which also balances the rooms light.
