Do you have staining/etching issues?

Yes, we have to be diligent to avoid staining by wiping up spills asap. The top can be permanently etched by acidic foods such as tomatoes, citrus fruit, red wine, etc. When these things spill, we wipe them up quickly. We realize that the tops will develop a patina over time due to use because marble is inherently soft and porous. If this is a concern, then I would recommend a synthetic alternate such as Cambria, Silestone or Cambria.
