Just curious if it loses its foliage during the winter in this climate? It will be exposed to almost full sun in the fall and spring when the trees lose their leaves. I'm in central jersey, about 15 miles inland with no ocean winds or high elevation here. I have foxgloves in a similar exposure that made it through this winter without dying back, although the ones with a little more shade did die back. Thanks
