Dining room window I have a large arched window and I had

Measured for plantation shutters do designers still recommend them and I don't want to do white is there a great color that designers recommend I have painted brick exterior and interior is stained heart pine floors and my walls are light cream color and 12ft ceilings

My paint color on walls are carrington beige I think it is a Benjamin moore color
