Need help designing my kitchen with cabinets in bay window

We are building a new house, based on family home plans. The kitchen size is rather small with the kitchen cabinets built into the bay window area, creating some unusable triangular corners. I can't find any similar layouts on houzz photos and I'm having a hard time visualizing the space, when the cabinets are in. We are currently working off 2-D plans. Any suggestions?

The reason behind the bay window is confusing to me, in a small space i think useable storage would dictate a straight wall

Thank you, the plans are for a Victorian style house and show the kitchen sink set into a bay window, the overall room space isn't that small. I was just looking for photos of kitchens with cabinets angled with the shape of the bay window.
