Range Hood for Chinese Cooking

For all my life I have dealt with crappy recirculating fans. Now that I'm remodeling my house, I'd like to get proper ventilation for wok cooking, deep frying, steaming, etc... I've gone back and forth between models from Pac Air USA, Sakura and [this one from XtremeAir[(https://www.houzz.com/products/wall-mounted-range-hood-36-prvw-vr~41425753).

Does anyone have any experience with any of these? I like the notion of grease cups found in the Asian-oriented brands, and a good friend of mine swears by PacAir saying he would take it over his old Viking hood any day. However it's not clear to me if their lines support wall mounting or if they are only under cabinet. PacAir's FAQs say that wall mounting is possible, but I've seen no other evidence in support of that fact.

On the other end, I like the look and wall mounting of the XtremeAir. Some reviews say it does well with high-heat Chinese cooking, but I haven't found anything for certain. My concern is that this is a hood designed only for Western style cooking.

Thanks for your advice!
