My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Great chandelier and carpet on the stairs!

    Thank you. I designed the Chandelier. It originally had large mercury glass sphere in the center of the fixture and it was dazzling.
    I designed the striped carpeting on the staircase. When it was viewed from a certain angle it became a checkerboard! Great surprise to me.

    Oops! I designed the ottoman and the floor, also . Whew! The walls are Venetian plaster over burlap.
