Hi, I was hoping someone could please help me identify this succulent. Also it's getting top heavy so not sure if I should put in its on pot r cut the top off an have 2. If I cut top off how far down should I cut. It also has lots of little ones growing off the stalk, more so towards the bottom an middle. Do I leave them alone r can I cut to have some more little ones. Thanks in advance an any help will be greatly appreciated.
