The Kitchen Place, so yours is actually three pieces. In my kitchen, I have 2 cabinets with 3 drawers, 1 cabinet has 4 drawers, 2 cabinets (the sink base and 1 other) have a drawer and then 2 doors, and narrow tray-storage cabinet has 1 drawer and 1 door. So nothing has the look of 1 drawer and then one wide door.

If you do faux panels you'll want to match another cabinet - a 2 panel doesn't seem to do that. You'd need at least a 3. I'd stick with simple so that visitors can recognize it for a dishwasher, or match it, rather than install a new variation.

I'd make it 3 high to match the drawer stack to left of sink, and yes put pulls on all three dummy drawers.

I like it as one piece - very clean looking. I like each door to hint at its function rather than have extra pieces just to match the facade of other doors. I don't dislike the look of the "matching" ones with extra pieces, but for my own personal preference, I prefer a simple DW panel. I think this is a personal preference question.

I did two, because I felt the wider door did not look unnatural in my case. Fake drawer, fake door. Modern slab cabinets like yours.
