This is a home that I will resell for 85k not a rentaI. I cant seem to find a sink with a cabinet that looks decent for this small bathroom. I was thinking a pedestal sink to make the bathroom look bigger but I wouldn't have any storage for the buyer. I need help guys.

The bathroom excluding the tub is 4' 10" X 4' 1"

The width between the bathtub and the window is about 22 ish...however I can only go as far out because the bathtub isn't straight, it had a dip to it. Which forces me to stick with max 18 inches width for a cabinet with a sink.

Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
