Ohhhh that's tough, ever thought about an instant boiling water taps? These are pretty neat - never wait for the kettle to boil again...

@LargeKitchen, are those taps very expensive? And, what would a diy person need to do? Basically. Hubby is good at anything having to do with plumbing/electrical.

But with costs, it all depends on what you want - you can get one for around $200 or you could pay up to $1200... I wouldn't say you needed to get the most expensive one for top quality - some of the cheaper ones are really good, they just have a smaller tank. Other reasons why some are more expensive is because of the filtering of the water, the more popular names (you'll know them already) have super great filters. Which makes you tap water taste phenomenal, but does add to the costs.

In terms of plumbing, they are set up so almost anyone can do them - you hubby wouldn't even need to look at the manual. Some of them have an average installation time of 10-15 minutes... They all come with the required piping, you just have to plug the tank in, then attach the piping from the mains to your sink - it really couldn't be easier.

One disadvantage to them is that they do take up some 'under the sink' space, so if your kitchen is like mine, you may need to find another place for your bleach and kitchen roll.

I love my instapot. It does it all!

Dishwasher because I hate handwashing dishes! Second for me is the microwave. I used both of these on a daily basis!

Coffee machine, just because it gives me the ability to actually USE the other appliances haha.

From your giving options I can choose sandwich toaster because it's a quick & time saving machine and we can make healthy breakfast by it. You can easily carry it with you anywhere you go. Its compact small size, make it suitable for all size kitchens. So that’s why this is my most useful kitchen appliance.

It has to be an oven!!! you can cook literally everything in it. I got a massive oven, and I use it for pretty much everything. Feels way healthier than most other ways of cooking
