How much light are they getting?

Farmerdill, they do need to go out, but with our chilly weather on the east coast, they need to wait a bit. I dunno about Long Island in particular, but here in the Baltimore suburbs, we are looking at fifties for highs and thirties for lows the next two days, not even hitting 70 until late week. Too cold for sweet potatoes.

I will try some diluted liquid fertilizer. Can't plant them till mid June here.

OK so yesterday I have them 1/2 strength 6-4-4 liquid fertilizer. I will inspect tonight and update.

@gastone21, they are getting good light under 4, 4ft t5 fl bulbs on 17 hours a day.

@hairmetal4ever, I can't plant them here till about mid June. Long Island is a weird Zone 7. We are as north as you can get and still be zone 7 for the east coast. Its nice our temps are pretty well moderated from sticking out into the ocean.

Ok so it's been 2 weeks now, it really must of been a nitrogen deficiency because they have come back strong.

Good to see it came back to life.
