I use a mineral coverup by Color Science. Comes in a palette of colors (can blend as needed). Works great to cover anything (even bruises) and looks natural. It's pricey but lasts forever.

I don't use foundation, I use concealer (where needed) and then a dusting of mineral powder or this time of year, sheer bronzing powder. I'm assuming your circles are dark (purplish)? You don't want to use a lighter shade as you can get a raccoon eye look. Also to avoid an aging look, or settling in lines, etc. use a CREAMY concealer (one with moisturizing/anti aging ingredients is good for undereye area) but not something cake-y. For the dark circles, a concealer with a bit of a pink is supposed to work best. I've read, but haven't tried, that putting the concealer ON TOP of your foundation works well too.

I've used Dermablend cover creme for 20 years and it's still the beast.

Agree Dermablend, key is using the right shade and just a tiny amount.

YSL Touche Eclat is a very light concealer (more of a highlighter really) but I use it exclusively as a highlighter now that the wrinkles are here. It covers just enough for me without looking cakey.

Boing eye concealer by benefit works well for me. The right shade is really important, IME. Too light makes things worse. I find a bit darker than my foundation is better than too light.

I occasionally wear a BB cream, but not under my eyes.

I use Kiehl Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado first and then a tiny dab of Almay Concealer.

I also use Boing by Benefit. I've tried tons of others and always go back to Boing.

I like IT's Bye Bye Undereye as well. I put just a pin head dot on my hand and use a pointed brush that looks like an artist brush to apply it. It only takes a tiny bit. Sometimes I use too much and that will cause it to settle in my creases. When that happens, I tap a bit of moisturizer over it, and that fixes it.
