I'm in the process of buying my first home. So very exciting considering I am officially buying it tomorrow.

My business (dog training) will be at the bottom and I'm going to be living on the top second level. But as you can see from the photo there is only a tiny grassy area up front on the right side. I want to do a little bit of tasteful landscaping / decorating help don't know what to do. Ideas anyone?

This location is actually an old firehouse and I was thinking lighting the front since it's a covered porch area but I'm not sure.
