Not a huge difference in size or appearance or preferred growing conditions but the WI willow is Salix x blanda, a cross between S. babylonica and S. pentachdra and is quite a bit more cold tolerant.

In the OKC Metro area all they have to sell is the Wisconsin weeping willow which is a little smaller but would it be less evasive?

I think you mean invasive :-) And neither is really considered an invasive species although both will have aggressively water seeking root systems. Plant far away from any septic system or underground sewer or water pipes.

In North America true Babylon weeping willow primarily a feature of the southeast U.S., with trees so-called and surviving northern winters hybrids of it or actually other kinds of weeping willows entirely.
