If you don't want the maintenance that comes with natural stone counter top, I definitely recommend quartz as it has non-porous surface unlike natural stone, so it resists scratching and staining. As far as wall colors go, you could either go cream/beige direction or warm gray direction since the stone veneer for the wall you are picking has both colors. Hope this helps!
