Third Annual Not From the Seed Rack Seed Swap open for members

You have to be a garden.org member, which is free and easy to sign up for, to join the swap. There are currently 45 members signed up for this swap, which officially opens November 12. Last year thousands of seed packets changed hands. Sign up now to place your offerings in the system and check out the wide range of seeds that will be available from others.

The variety of seeds is absolutely mind-boggling! I doubt there are many seed catalogs with 2000 seed types. I'm really looking forward to this seed swap. My wishlist just keeps on growing. This is a great way to share your extras and to try new varieties. It's got to be one of the biggest bargains in gardening!

Over 1200 different seed types have been added to the swap catalog and there are still 5-6 weeks for more additions. Also, there is still room in the swap for up to 43 more players.
