My contractor hired painters to paint my newly built house. It's all new, new sheetrock and first paint job. I'm wondering if the walls in the following pictures are acceptable for a professional paint job, or do I ask then to fix it? Just in case you can't see, there are visible brush strokes, bumpy patches and dried paint drippings. The corners between the ceiling and walls aren't perfectly even, and there are some indentations in the walls. Additionally, there are nicks in some of the moldings. I want to be prepared for a walk through to describe the problem and the precautions that should have been taken to prevent these imperfections, so if any pros can explain went these things happen on a brand new wall, it would be very helpful.
