We're doing a remodel and I've had our contractors enclose the front door with a small entryway/porch to prevent cold air rushing in through the front door. Now I need to have them create a 3' platform and two steps to the ground. But I can't decide on style!

Tiled? Concrete? Wood? Give me some suggestions! The style of the house reno is very sleek white/light natural wood finishes with mid century accents (some fixtures etc).

Tile inside the porch will be Parvatile Docklight Hexagon and the house will be repainted pale gray with white trim. The outside of the porch will have white siding to match the house. The front door will be lime green (literally...)
