Not an expert, but that just looks like new growth. A lot of new growth is red in certain varieties.

Close ups needed to tell if anything abnormal.

From what I can see, it looks ok to me, too, though I'm no expert. I agree that close-ups would be helpful.

RRD growth is downright UGLY--twisted, distorted. I see none of that in your pics.

New growth is often red for many modern roses. I can't see an issue, but we would need close ups to confirm.
