Wall grid for hanging pots, pans and kitchen tools?

I used to have a metal wall grid that I used at work to hold my drafting tools. It was something like 1” x 1” mesh, rubber coated. It had ~ a 1 inch offset to the wall, not flush. Constructed like a shallow wire mesh filing tray, though you would attach the concave surface facing the wall. It was very study, and heavy metal T squares, etc, could be securely hung. I don’t remember where I ordered it from. Mine was big: like 3 feet x 4 feet.

I remember showing a smaller version of it to my daughter, some years back at the Container store.

She now has an apartment with few kitchen cabinets. She’s decided she would like this for hanging her pots and pans and other utensils.

But now I can’t find it. The one the Container Store has now doesn’t seem to have the offset. It looks like it screws straight to the wall. Plus, it says it supports “up to 15 lbs.” That’s not very much.

I looked at the Ikea website too, and searching for grid doesn’t turn up anything. Unless they call it something else.

I looked on amazon and the ones I saw were very cheesy, and with no mounting hardware or even suggestions at all.

I know there are wire mesh cube units they sell all the time for college student use. Those have 12” wire squares that clip together. But what I am looking for is much heavier.

Can anyone help me find this? She’d like it for Christmas. Thanks!
