It looks like a reclaimed heart pine floor, but being in the bathroom it may be something made to look like HP due to moisture concerns.

The wood species for the floor is Australian Cypress with a tung oil finish. The Aus. Cypress lives in swampy conditions in Australia and is less prone to warping from moisture in the air. That is important in this case because the room is a bathroom and the bathroom is on a floating house. The entire house uses the same species. Checfk out the rest of the house...
