Kitchen designer. Check with your local kitchen showroom to talk to a designer.

Why. Do. You. Demo. Without. A. Plan?!?!?!?

I legitimately don't understand why anyone would tear down portions of their home with no idea or plan as to how to rebuild it.

You need to stop EVERYTHING and go find yourself a contractor first, and then a kitchen designer. Then you need to pray that you didn't do anything too serious.

Find a kitchen designer asap! And this is not something you'll be able to cheap out on. You need project planning help, good kitchen design help and a general contractor to bring it all together. Don't try to act as your own GC and you'll probably need to pull a building permit before you start. This will cost way more than you've estimated or go much worse then you ever dreamed.

There are people on this forum who are pros and give their advice and even some preliminary designs voluntarily, however, this is not a place where you can get your kitchen designed for free and it's a bit presumptive to ask.

Asking for advice and direction was my goal so thank you very much.

I have licensed plumber, electrician, painter, but I know enough not to ask them to design or remodel the kitchen

Then hire a designer ASAP. And have a realistic budget. You’re talking well over a 100K expense.

Hi Alisa, may I ask where are you based?

Who is the boots on the ground doing all of the measuring? The installing? The coordination between the trades? The problem solving when you find the inevitable old home problems? Who is the GC on the job? Don’t they use a KD? If not, then RED Flag! What is your budget just for design? For the whole renovation? What is your Scope of Work? Where are you located?

I have some contacts that do remote design. Most of the time, they aren’t even that expensive. But it depends on a really smart and savvy GC to work as a local partner, as Sophie hinted above.

What GC does demo without a plan in place? That wouldn’t give a great deal of confidence about this not already being completely off the rails.

This is a train wreck waiting to happen. The only way this makes any sense is if there was some kind of water damage like from Hurricane Harvey and demo was required. If not, it will take at least 6 months to do the proper due diligence and planning to figure out what to do in any reasonable fashion. You need a really good Project Manager/Designer on the ground fast.

"Been a challenge finding people with a vision"

Umm did you look AFTER you demoed? Because I constantly get asked to come in for situations like this and if they've gone ahead and demoed without any plan I'm straight out that door. My guess if those people you've looked for are the same and are unwilling to take this on.

Do you have a "vision" of what you want? Preliminary sketches? Photos? How big is this shell you now have?

This was the kitchen in a project we are completing

They are finishing up with kichen faucets and hardware but we demoed it to oprn it up to the other rooms

The other kitchen has more space for a couple of layouts I think. Dont have thr exact measurements with me now.

Not as large but looking to hire someone to tell me if its possible anf if not what other options could they recommend. That is my objective....finding the right type of people or person.
